Study Groups
Commonwealth North convenes study groups to examine public policy issues critical to Alaska’s future. Any member may propose convening a study group by drafting a charge statement. The charge statement outlines the policy issue, the course of study, and the outcomes to be achieved, typically a report or other documentation. The Board of Directors reviews and approves the formation of the study group and its charge statement.
