Known for her moderate and bipartisan approach, she has been a key voice in advancing Indigenous rights, improving rural healthcare, and investing in renewable energy projects to benefit isolated communities. Her leadership on the Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee has reinforced her impact, enabling her to direct national policy in ways that support Alaska’s unique economic and environmental landscape.
