On Wednesday, we will have a briefing from Rachael Miller, Co-chair of the Alaska Food Policy Council Board of Directors and Assistant Professor of Business at Alaska Pacific University. Rachael will discuss recommendations from past Food Policy Council reports related to food security, food processing and storage, data management, farmer training, and workforce development.
