Mark will review his research into the science and technology emerging in the blue fuels market and the potential financial implications for Alaska’s energy outlook and international markets.
Mark is an engineer and management consultant. He has served as CFO and OMB Director for the Anchorage School District, board member for Alaska Power and Telephone and Anchorage Municipal Light & Power, Commissioner at the Regulatory Commission of Alaska, and lead engineer for the Fairbanks Municipal Utility System.
