Mark Foster, Principal at Mark A. Foster and Associates, will give us his analysis of the opportunities and challenges associated with the proposed acquisition of ML&P by Chugach Electric Association.
Mark is an engineer and management consultant. He has served as CFO and OMB Director for the Anchorage School District, board member for Alaska Power and Telephone and Anchorage Municipal Light & Power, Commissioner at the Regulatory Commission of Alaska, and lead engineer for the Fairbanks Municipal Utility System.
