The Alaska Health Care Roundtable, a Commonwealth North project, hopes your business or organization will be able to participate in the 2006 UBA National Health Plan Survey.

Accurate information is the foundation to help the Roundtable improve Alaskans' health and control rapidly rising health care costs. Your participation will give your business access to valuable information and establish important Alaska-specific benchmarks.

United Benefit Advisors, now in conjunction with the Roundtable, annually conducts the largest and most informative employer-sponsored health plan cost/plan design survey in the country.

The survey results will provide you with hundreds of critical national and Alaska benchmarks that will allow you to compare your plans with those of your peers and competitors, whether based on the number of employees, location, or type of industry. The unprecedented number of participants (over 12,000 health plans last year) allows benchmarks to be developed for specific industry groups and specific locations.

As a participant, you will receive a complimentary electronic synopsis of the key national results. In addition, the Roundtable will be hosting a meeting for area survey respondents this summer to share and discuss the aggregated survey results.

The survey is web-based and easy to complete.

All survey responses are confidential and are reported only as aggregate benchmarks. Survey responses must be received no later than June 2nd to be
included.
