On January 20th Commonwealth North held an annual review to report on value, income, and prospects of Alaska's key assets. A panel of the State's major asset managers including Pat Gamble, President and CEO of the Alaska Railroad; Dick Mylius, Director of the Division of Mining, Land and Water; Kevin Banks, Director of the Division of Oil and Gas; and Mike Burns, Executive Director of the Alaska Permanent Fund Corporation identified what criteria they should be judged upon and identified emerging public policy issues related to the assets under their responsibility. Ultimately, the program tracked the performance of assets - and asset managers - against that criteria and other metrics.
